Your email address, and what happens to it

This site asks for one thing: your email address, for the launch list. Here is who gets it and what I do with it.

Who

SimplySolid3D, my one-person business (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands, KvK 42111792. Contact: info@simplysolid3d.com

What

The email address you type into the signup form. Nothing else, and it only goes on the list once you confirm it through the link I mail you. This site sets no cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts it, counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Why

One mail with a confirmation link when you sign up, and one welcome mail once you confirm. After that, a mail when something launches: a new app, a campaign, or a release worth your time. A few times a year.

Basis

Your consent, which you give by confirming your address and can take back at any time.

Stored by

Resend, which keeps the list and sends the mails. Resend stores it in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare hosts this site and passes your signup on to Resend; the signup code never writes your address to the site's logs. If you write to me, your mail lands in my Google Workspace mailbox.

Kept

While you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address stays on the list only marked as unsubscribed, so no mail reaches you again. Ask me and I delete it completely.

Leaving

Reply "unsubscribe" to any mail from the list, or write to info@simplysolid3d.com.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. If you think I handle it wrongly, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

OrbitStudio, the app, has its own privacy policy.
